Samples, renderings, catalog images, and online descriptions are references for evaluation and should be checked against confirmed specifications before bulk production.

For custom projects, the buyer should provide accurate artwork, logo files, color references, packaging instructions, compliance requirements, and destination-market expectations. Production may depend on mold readiness, material availability, accessory matching, print tests, and final sample approval.

Sample availability, sample fees, freight charges, mold charges, proofing fees, and refund rules are handled case by case in the quotation or project record. If a buyer asks us to proceed after sample review or written approval, later changes may affect cost, lead time, and feasibility.

Delays in confirming drawings, artwork, samples, payment, shipping marks, or inspection requirements may move the production schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by late, incomplete, or inconsistent buyer input.

Prices may depend on order quantity, material costs, exchange rates, decoration complexity, accessory selection, packaging method, freight route, taxes, duties, insurance, and delivery terms. Unless otherwise stated in writing, prices do not include destination charges, customs duties, import taxes, local compliance testing, or buyer-side handling fees.

Payment method, deposit, balance timing, bank charges, shipment release, and document delivery follow the confirmed order terms. Title, risk transfer, export documentation, and logistics responsibilities are governed by the agreed Incoterms or other written delivery arrangement.

Buyers should inspect products promptly after receipt and keep packaging, labels, photos, videos, batch information, and related documents if an issue is found. Claims should be reported within the period stated in the order terms or, if no period is stated, within a reasonable time after delivery.

We will review reported issues according to confirmed specifications, inspection records, photos, samples, and shipping information. Remedies, if applicable, may include replacement, repair, credit, refund, or another commercially reasonable solution agreed by both parties.

The LUXFLACON name, website structure, product presentation, text, graphics, and other website materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, scrape, modify, or commercially reuse website materials without permission, except for ordinary internal sourcing review.

If you provide logos, artwork, designs, trademarks, references, or technical files, you confirm that you have the right to use them for the requested project. You are responsible for third-party claims arising from buyer-supplied materials or instructions.

Buyers are responsible for checking whether products, materials, decorations, labels, packaging, and import documents meet the laws, standards, and industry rules of the destination market. We may assist with available product information, but local legal and regulatory decisions remain the buyer's responsibility.

You must not use this website or our services for sanctioned transactions, unlawful goods, counterfeit products, deceptive branding, unauthorized trademark use, or any activity that violates applicable trade, customs, consumer-protection, or intellectual-property rules.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LUXFLACON is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost business opportunity, production interruption, reputational loss, or downstream customer claims arising from website use or commercial discussions.
