Start With the Physical Target
When possible, send an existing bottle sample, a clear product photo, or a hand sketch with target capacity and approximate dimensions.
This allows the team to check whether an existing mold can match the requirement, whether a similar bottle is available, or whether a custom mold should be considered.
Confirm Accessories Together
A perfume bottle project is not only the bottle body. Pump color, collar style, cap height, cap material, tube length, and spray performance should be reviewed as one system.
Small proportion changes can make a finished bottle look premium or unbalanced, so the accessory direction should be confirmed before decoration samples are produced.
Lock the Business Details Early
Order quantity, destination country, carton requirements, logo method, lead time, and budget range should be shared early to avoid choosing a design that does not fit the commercial plan.
A complete brief helps the factory provide realistic options instead of a generic quotation.
