Payment Terms

Clear payment steps for glass packaging orders

Effective date: June 9, 2026

Payment terms are confirmed in the quotation, proforma invoice, or order document. This page explains the standard logic buyers can expect before samples, production, inspection, balance payment, and shipment release.

Written confirmation

Commercial terms are confirmed in writing before production, including currency, quantity, Incoterms, bank charges, and payment schedule.

Staged payments

Most projects follow sample fee or deposit, production, inspection review, balance payment, and shipment release.

Shipment release

Goods are released according to the confirmed order terms after required payment and document checks are completed.

Typical workflow

From quotation to shipment release

01

Quotation and PI

We confirm product scope, quantity, decoration, packaging, delivery term, currency, validity period, and payment schedule.

02

Sample or proofing fee

Sample fees, proofing fees, tooling charges, and freight are confirmed case by case before sample preparation.

03

Deposit before production

For bulk production, a deposit is usually required after order confirmation so materials, accessories, and production capacity can be arranged.

04

Inspection review

Before shipment, buyers may review photos, videos, packing details, or agreed inspection records according to the project scope.

05

Balance payment

The remaining payment is arranged according to the confirmed PI or order terms, usually before shipment release or document handover.

06

Shipment and documents

After payment and release checks, we coordinate shipment documents, carton marks, forwarder details, and delivery follow-up.

Accepted payment methods

Common payment methods include bank transfer and other agreed business channels. Final method, account details, bank charges, and currency are confirmed in the official PI or order document.

Samples, tooling, and proofing

Sample costs, mold charges, proofing fees, and freight depend on product type, finish, accessory matching, and destination. Refund or credit rules must be written in the quotation if applicable.

Bulk order deposits

Bulk orders normally require a deposit before production. The deposit allows material purchasing, accessory sourcing, decoration scheduling, and factory capacity planning to begin.

Inspection before balance

If inspection evidence is part of the order, we can provide agreed photos, videos, packing information, or inspection notes before balance payment.

Balance and shipment release

The balance payment and shipment release follow the confirmed order terms. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, goods and export documents are not released before required payment is complete.

Payment safety and records

Buyers should verify official LUXFLACON payment details before transfer and keep bank slips, PI numbers, order references, and communication records for traceability.

Important note for new buyers

Any special payment arrangement must be written into the quotation or proforma invoice. Verbal messages, website text, or general examples do not replace the confirmed order document.
