Transparent honey
An exterior saffron-honey lacquer covers the visible body and heel. Control darker build-up around the perimeter.
DESIGN STUDY · DG-010
The horizontal oval gives the glass a generous, settled stance. Honey colour continues through the visible heel, while the low gold dome and cocoa lettering keep the design warm and legible.

DESIGN DIRECTION
Solaire 10 uses a compact central artwork rather than a border around the curved edge. The sun-inspired S and full inscription share one dark ink. The smooth domed cap repeats the rounded shoulder line.

One ink colour for the monogram, name, fragrance type and capacity.
A soft metallic finish on the low dome and collar, with controlled reflections.
BOTTLE & COMPONENTS
The Dome Cap Perfume Bottle supplies the wide oval profile. Measure the front curvature and standing surface, then coordinate the dome insert with the chosen pump.

PROPOSED DECORATION ROUTE
The rounded body changes both colour depth and print contact. Qualify them together on actual glass.
Fit the S and lettering within the usable curved area.
Approve a full-size artwork sample.
Clean the body and mask the functional neck areas; define a hidden fixture contact.
Check cleanliness and mask boundaries.
Control passes around the oval and heel, then cure to the qualified process.
Compare centre and perimeter with the intended fill.
Transfer the single-colour artwork onto the cured finish using a matched pad.
Inspect small text and distortion at the artwork edges.
Match the satin cap and collar and assemble the retention insert.
Approve colour, gloss and handling feel.
Fit the pump and select an insert that supports the broad body without rubbing the sides.
Check spray, cap retention and standing stability.
SAMPLING & APPROVAL
Compare the centre, shoulders and heel under agreed lighting on filled and empty bottles.
Check adhesion, rubbing and fragrance exposure while inspecting lettering at the outer limits.
Assess cap grip, repeated removal and filled-bottle stability; trial the transport insert.
Coordinate honey glass, cocoa lettering and a pale-gold dome for your fragrance.
