Blush in the channels
A light exterior tint allows the ribs to remain distinct. Recesses can read darker than the ridges, so colour approval should compare the whole bottle, including its shoulders, with the intended fragrance inside.
DESIGN STUDY · DG-003
A smooth central glass panel brings the identity into focus: the NACRE wordmark leads, followed by 03, EAU DE PARFUM and the capacity line. Vertical side flutes and a clear rounded cap frame the lettering in blush and copper.

DESIGN DIRECTION
Nacre 03 takes its character from a changing rhythm of bright ridges and shaded channels. The rounded outline offers a softer direction for rose, peony or powdery fragrance collections. Its name suggests the delicacy of nacre; the finish is transparent, without a pearlescent pigment effect.
A light exterior tint allows the ribs to remain distinct. Recesses can read darker than the ridges, so colour approval should compare the whole bottle, including its shoulders, with the intended fragrance inside.
A rounded, fluted cap continues the body’s vertical rhythm. Keeping it colourless creates a bright upper volume and reveals the warm metal around the atomizer beneath.
Dark espresso lettering gives the pale glass contrast. A small N monogram introduces the NACRE wordmark; 03 identifies the edition, with EAU DE PARFUM and 100 ml / 3.4 FL. OZ. below. The spacing separates brand, product and volume at a glance.
BOTTLE & COMPONENTS
The Fluted Oval Spray Bottle establishes the oval outline and ribbed sides. Specify a smooth front printing area in the glass drawing for this decorated version, with the artwork kept inside it. Check this surface and the neck interface before selecting the mould and closure.

PROPOSED DECORATION ROUTE
Develop the glass relief and smooth printing area together, then qualify the blush coating, dark typography and copper monogram as a two-colour decoration system.
Set the smooth front sector in the glass drawing. Size the NACRE wordmark, designation and capacity line within it; locate the bottle consistently from its base and profile.
Approve artwork clearances from the ribs and confirm nominal-fill wording.
Prepare the exterior for coating. Mask the mouth, pump seating and designated clear base; keep residues out of the interior and away from sealing surfaces.
Inspect cleanliness, mask edges and repeatable seating in the fixture.
Apply light controlled passes around the oval body. Balance coverage at the shoulders and groove roots, then cure within the selected coating system’s processing window.
Compare a filled sample for pooled colour, transparency and spray overlap.
Trial a conformable pad and shaped support for the curved front. Transfer NACRE, 03, EAU DE PARFUM and the approved volume line with compatible dark-brown ink.
Check complete strokes, character spacing and coverage without stretching the type.
Use a second registered pass for the copper-tone N. Match the ink to the blush coating and qualify the drying sequence before handling or assembly.
Approve monogram position, metallic tone and adhesion of both ink colours.
Coordinate the copper collar with a colourless fluted cap and selected insert. Assemble with the pump while protecting the decorated front from contact.
Confirm cap clearance, retention and that refitting cannot press the actuator.
SAMPLING & APPROVAL
Review a rotating filled sample under diffuse and directional light. Look for coating build-up in channels, dark shoulder patches and a visible spray overlap; agree a colour master that includes these curved areas.
Check clearance between cap, collar and glass shoulder throughout removal and refitting. Establish retention with the chosen insert and pump assembly; the decorative cap should not press the actuator.
Shape the carton insert around the body and standing foot so the pack cannot rock. Keep hard contact away from coated rib crests, and assess scuffing after handling and transit trials.
Develop the blush tint, front wordmark and information hierarchy around your fragrance brand.
