Transparent violet
Exterior gloss lacquer lets light through the body. Approve the hue with the intended fragrance colour.
DESIGN STUDY · DG-007
Broad shoulders narrow into a sculpted waist before opening onto a clear heel. Violet glass tones frame a silver initial and dark-plum typography; the transparent faceted cap keeps the upper silhouette light.

DESIGN DIRECTION
Iris 07 places its identity inside the narrowest usable front area. The lettering remains clear of the side ridges, while the silver I creates a small focal point above the name. A clean glass heel separates the violet body from its base.
Exterior gloss lacquer lets light through the body. Approve the hue with the intended fragrance colour.
A contrasting ink carries IRIS 07, EAU DE PARFUM and the capacity line without a surrounding frame.
A metallic-ink monogram and satin silver collar echo the clear cap’s reflections.
BOTTLE & COMPONENTS
The Hourglass Fragrance Bottle supplies the silhouette reference. Measure the actual front curvature and waist before setting the artwork. Develop the clear faceted cap and its retention insert with the selected pump.

PROPOSED DECORATION ROUTE
Qualify coating, two ink colours and curing as one system on the curved glass. Use physical samples to set the final appearance.
Locate the initial, name and small text inside the usable front sector; separate the silver and plum artwork.
Approve a full-size layout and registration datum.
Prepare the exterior and protect the mouth, sealing land and clear heel before coating.
Check the mask line on all sides.
Use controlled exterior passes around the shoulders and waist; cure to the coating supplier’s qualified process.
Compare hue and transparency on empty and filled samples.
Trial pad printing for the plum text and silver I on the cured coating, with a fixture that supports the curved body.
Check fine strokes, metallic coverage and alignment.
Match the silver collar finish and assemble the cap insert without stressing the transparent shell.
Inspect clarity, fit and clearance around the actuator.
Assemble the pump and cap and support the flared base and shoulders in the transport insert.
Check spray, leakage, cap retention and rubbing.
SAMPLING & APPROVAL
Inspect the violet across shoulders, waist and thick heel under agreed light. Retain filled and empty reference samples.
Assess both inks for adhesion, rubbing and fragrance exposure. Check that the small capacity line remains legible.
Review cap removal and refitting, shell stress and standing stability. Transport trials must protect the flared corners.
Develop the violet tone, silver initial and hourglass silhouette around your brand.
