Honey amber
Transparent colour gives the central panel depth while the side flutes catch brighter highlights. The clear heel separates the colour from the standing surface.
DESIGN STUDY · DG-004
A broad amber face carries the A monogram, AMBRE name and fragrance information. Narrow fluted wings frame the lettering; a black rectangular cap and clear glass heel give the composition a defined top and base.

DESIGN DIRECTION
Ambre 04 balances a calm central face with the brighter reflections of fluted side walls. The large ivory wordmark remains the focal point when the cap is removed. A champagne monogram and short rule add detail without enclosing the text in a heavy border.
Transparent colour gives the central panel depth while the side flutes catch brighter highlights. The clear heel separates the colour from the standing surface.
A rectangular cap with softened chamfers echoes the bottle outline. Its plain satin finish places the visual emphasis on the body, with a narrow champagne band at the base.
Warm-ivory type carries AMBRE, 04, EAU DE PARFUM and 100 ml / 3.4 FL. OZ. A smaller metallic A and short rule establish a second, quieter print colour.
BOTTLE & COMPONENTS
The Ribbed Tall bottle provides the starting outline. This design requires a smooth central front with fluted side wings and a coordinated rectangular cap; specify those features in the glass and closure drawings before choosing tooling.

PROPOSED DECORATION ROUTE
This route separates glass colouring, two-colour front printing and the black closure finish. Bring the approved parts together only after their individual decoration trials.
Specify a flat central printing land with flutes confined to the side wings. Lay out the A monogram, AMBRE, 04, designation and capacity without crossing the relief.
Approve the glass drawing and artwork margins before committing to a mould.
Clean the glass and mask the mouth, sealing surfaces and lower heel. Align the clear-base boundary from a consistent standing datum.
Confirm an even mask line on front, corners and side walls.
Spray a transparent amber coating externally, controlling accumulation at flute roots and shoulder corners. Cure to the selected coating system’s qualified conditions.
Review colour depth and the transition to the clear heel on filled samples.
Support the flat front in a dedicated fixture. Print AMBRE, 04, EAU DE PARFUM and the approved capacity with an opaque warm-ivory ink compatible with the lacquer.
Check fine serif edges, ink opacity and clearance from the side flutes.
Register the A monogram and short rule in a second metallic-ink pass. Evaluate their champagne tone beside the actual collar and cap band.
Approve alignment between both colours and test the complete ink/coating stack.
Develop the satin-black metal shell, lower champagne band and retention insert. Fit the rectangular cap over the selected pump with its front aligned to the bottle.
Check cap orientation, shoulder clearance, retention and assembled spray function.
SAMPLING & APPROVAL
Compare empty and filled bottles under agreed lighting. Review amber transparency, groove coverage and the clear-heel boundary. The fragrance colour influences the final appearance; retain an approved master sample.
Test the ivory lettering, metallic accents and amber lacquer as one stack. Agree adhesion, rubbing and fragrance-exposure methods; inspect fine serif strokes as well as larger printed areas.
Review the rectangular cap’s orientation, shoulder clearance and retention with the selected insert. Check spray function and leakage; use an insert that supports the body without rubbing the printed front.
